The expectation that the character is unable to survive on their own, or normal not to be able to perform anything successfully.

Demonstrates excessive self reliance, even when turning to others would be normal and healthy.

Procrastinates on decisions;
Avoids acting independently or taking on adult responsibilities.

Asks for an excessive amount of help, checks decisions with others; Chooses overprotective
partners who do everything for them.

Other people can take care of me better than I can take care of myself.

Everyday responsibilities are overwhelming.

If I trust my own judgment, I'll make the wrong decision.
